DreamCase revolutionizes travel with premium car beds for Tesla and other vehicles, blending comfort, savings, and adventure. We collaborated with them to create detailed renders and 3D models for their web configurator, enhancing the customer experience. The challenge we set ourselves with Dreamcase was to showcase their premium beds in a way that captured the high quality materials and intricate design details of the product. The main goal was to model everything from scratch and develop a sophisticated batch rendering studio that would showcase each product on the same level, from beds to pillows.
We worked with ZeroDays on this project, they designed and developed the website. Our job was to update the current outdated renders in the configurator, Dreamcase's main objective was to create an interactive online experience that would allow customers to visualise and customise their exclusive car beds in detail. They wanted to accurately showcase the premium materials and intricate designs, including the complex folding mechanisms and accessories. This required a high level of precision and realism in the virtual representations to ensure that potential customers could fully appreciate the quality and features of Dreamcase's products.
We began by physically handling the product, taking precise measurements and reference photos, and then modeled and textured the beds to reflect their premium materials. We established a batch rendering studio to efficiently create multiple versions with different materials and colors. Our detailed rendering process included various types of renders, from closed products to material detail shots, showcasing every aspect of the beds. We also animated the entire setup, allowing customers to dynamically explore all features of the beds. These rendered models and animations were integrated into Dreamcase's configurator, enabling an interactive and customizable user experience.
Through our comprehensive process, we delivered an interactive, highly detailed configurator renders for Dreamcase, showcasing their premium car beds with accurate 3D models, realistic textures, and dynamic animations. This allowed customers to visualize and customize the products in various configurations and materials. The entire project, from initial measurements and modeling to final integration on the website, was completed in 2 weeks, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience that effectively highlighted the luxurious and intricate features of Dreamcase's products.
